Graeme has practised in Tauranga for over thirty years and has a wealth of experience.  Graeme's approach to his work is to understand his client first, and then address the problem.  He is unafraid to tackle the hard and complex issues and is known for finding, facilitating and implementing workable solutions.

Business today demands meaningful, high level strategic planning and Graeme has a rare skill and excellent reputation in this area.  He has a special interest in crisis management, creative problem-solving and organisational restructures.  He has particular expertise in trust management and profesionnal trusteeships with an intergenerational focus.

He holds a number of positions as an independent director in small and medium-sized companies and is the current chairman of the Chiefs Super 14 Rugby franchise and Tauranga City Venues Limited.
