Princess gained a BSc (Business Administration) from the University of the Philippines in 1980. She worked in the Treasury division of a private commercial bank dealing in money market and foreign exchange trading before moving to New Zealand with her husband in 1991. Princess joined Mackenzie Elvin in 2002. She runs the day-to-day administrative operations of the firm.
