Rachel grew up in Palmerston North and moved to Tauranga to finish her secondary schooling at Otumoetai College. She began working at Mackenzie Elvin as an office assistant in January 2007, progressed to trust assistant a year later and is now Personal Assistant to Marcus Wilkins and Tanya Drummond. Rachel is studying part time toward a New Zealand Diploma in Business.
