Buying or Selling Property

Buying and selling property is exciting and it can be easy to get swept up and overlook important details.

Before you commit to buying or selling, consider having us look over the paperwork first to make sure you're not going to have to deal with any nasty surprises when it's too late to go back.  It's tempting to sign the Agreement first and then go to a lawyer, but we can better protect your interests if you do it the other way around.

Retirement Villages

There are special provisions relating to retirement villages and if you are a prospective resident you will want to be fully informed about these before making the commitment to live in the village of your choosing.

Common questions are; "How much money will I get back if I leave?", "What restrictions will apply to me and what rights do I have?", "How secure is my right to occupy?" and "What does a statutory supervisor do?"

Marcus Wilkins acts for incoming and outgoing residents as well as a retirement village and is experienced in this area. To make an appointment with Marcus, telephone us on 07 578 0533 and ask to speak to Marcus' secretary.
