Update on the New “Plain English” Agreement for Buying and Selling Real Estate As a result of the rejection of the new form by some lawyers, REINZ is in the process of considering where any changes or clarification of clauses may be required. In the meantime the Auckland District Law Society standard form (which we recommend) is the form that is currently in use.
